Fairgroves started with a simple frustration: the gap between what letting agents promise and what tenants actually get. We decided to close that gap by owning and managing every property ourselves.
We're based across Portsmouth, Winchester, and Chichester, and we know these areas inside out. Every home in our collection is one we'd live in ourselves. That's not a tagline, it's how we choose what makes the cut.
We keep things small on purpose. Fewer properties means more attention. No call centres, no automated emails, just a team of people who genuinely care about getting the details right.

Renting is a big decision, so we tell you what a place is really like, quirks included. Clear fees, straight answers, and no pressure. If something is not right, we say so early, not after you have wasted a Saturday.
