Office hours

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Saturday, 10am – 4pm

We aim to respond to all tenant messages within 4 business hours. Urgent maintenance issues are handled same day.

Emergency

For urgent out-of-hours issues such as burst pipes, gas leaks, or no heating, call us directly.
